I'm a Christian, and this is something I haven't figure out either. It's not a Christian section. It's a religion section. It's for anyone and everyone that has some type of opinion or knowledge about any religion. It's not made for only Christians or only pagans or only Atheists or only Jews or only Hindus or whatever. It's made for anyone. I don't get it either.

How so? Whoever feels like asking a question or answering a question can do so. You have a problem with that? The R&S section is open to everyone. It sounds like you have a problem with Christians. And no Christians don't think they run the world or whatever that other guy said. That would be Catholics, and not all Christians are Catholic.

I don't know why athiests frequent the religion and spirituality in the first place. Atheists do not believe in any Gods, and have no religion, so why bother those of us who do? If you want to talk about religion, it should mean someting to you. why waste space ranting and raving about how stupid Christians are for what we believe in? It dosen't matter to you- If you think Christianity is something made up to comfort people about what happens afterwe die, so be it. Athiesim is not a religion- it is the absence of belief in dieties- Any God.
I believe in God, and I believe that everyone has a choice, and it is not my place to judge. Athiest say that Christians are these judgemental, narrow minded Jesus freaks. If they think that passing judgement is so horrible, then why do they do it to Christians?

The majority of the English speaking population in America considers themselves to be Christian. That's just the way it is, so get used to being a minority in a religion & spirituality area open to the general public.

I've never noticed any sign that says "For Christians Only"
and since I'm a Christian, I would have noticed. It's hard to witness to those who don't need Jesus in their lives - but we are told to go into the world and tell others the good news about Jesus and how He died so that they might have eternal life.

Hi Kolbie,
Well, those people tend to be delusional. It shouldn't surprise you too much that their confusion seeps into other parts of their lives besides what they do on Sundays. Party on Pagan-dude! If I wasn't an atheist, I'd be a pagan of some kind, probably Wiccan.

Christians are called to go into all the world and preach the gospel. We do it at every opportunity. It is not that others cannot be what they will, it is that we are call to have mercy and set good examples.
Christians should never judge a person, nor condemn anyone. This is God's to do. I appreciate R&S for this opportunity to express myself in love and hope that the things I say are received the same way.

It's religious propaganda. Christians have become addicted to their beliefs because they fear eternal damnation. Hmmm...Interesting...'Dam-nation' could be the USA ...break it down... isn't that what you do to a wall that divides people of common bonds who need to be let out of prison? I heard that's how Australia began. I do get carried away. They'll be coming for me soon. 'Damn Yankees' was what some called my people. We are from a 'damned' nation that belonged to my ancestors. The white death was not a great and terrible shark that lived in the ocean. No, it was a people. Strangers. We shared our homes with them that they and their children might live. They called us savages because we were not Christian. American Christians have no right to expect God to bless wars, witch-burning, genocidal behaviors, all in His name and my brother's, of course. It criminalizes the innocent who only seek a safer path to survival. God's will is alive. Believe it or not!

I honestly have never heard anyone say that it is just for Christians. Obviously if people are listening to Atheist arguments on there, then it is not just Christians that are entering.

For the same reason you would like it to be all about you. People are self centered by nature.
And I am a Christian and it is not about me. So don't do blanket statements.
Added:
If it isn't all about you then why ask the question that way?? Can you answer that?
