Think about this:

If you eat fast, you swallow a lot of air. If you swallow air, you "blow up" the way you describe. Try slowing down.

OR

Do you chew a lot of gum? Swallowing air again. Sugarless gum also contains sorbital, which makes you gassy too. Same with diet sodas. If you drink regular soda, you can bloat from the carbonation in it. If you eat a lot of salty stuff (chips, crackers, pretzels, fast food, etc.) you could be retaining water. Drink more water in that case.

I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.get-trim.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. A must!

You should go to the doctor, there might be something serious or something simple. Whichever way is better for you! =)
