I tried looking into the drive itself, but it wont let me, since the programs in there are necessary for windows. I've also deleted more than i should of my programs, and i downloaded IObit SmartDefrag, but the percentage still wont move. Also, Chkdsk /f appears when i try to defrag my C drive, and I have no idea what it means. I would IMMENSELY appreciate help because this is the only computer me and my family have. Thanks in advance for any advise!

If you surf the Internet alot, try deleting the temporary Internet files you may have accumulated. Go to: Tools->Internet Options. Click on Delete Files in the middle of the screen. That should hopefully clear some space.

Try removing anything that you don't use from your "d" drive. Look in you control panel and see if the is any software that you may be able to remove using the "Add or Remove software" utility.

You still look at your "D" drive even though t it tells you that there is programs need for your windows. JUST DON'T REMOVE ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE REMOVING.
How big is you "C" drive and your "d" drive? Do you actully have more than one drive installed or is it one drive that is partitioned? If it partitioned you can use something that like Partition Magic to help you get a little more room on your "D" drive.

Incase you don't know...one hard drive can be divided into several smaller hard drives. This is like setting up cubicals in a big room. It is same (room)drive but they are divided up into (different offices) drive partitions.

Chkdsk /f is a commad that was used to run check disk in DOS mode the "/f" is a switch telling Check disk to fix automatically fix any errors that it encounters. If you can run this I would.

well, you will have to delete some stuff if you wish to defrag the hard drive. You're going to need about 15% free space. How big is your hard drive? If you have a real small one, then perhaps you should consider investing in another hard drive or getting an external hard drive to store whatever is on yours now. Newegg has some of the better prices I've seen out there.

that's no longer actual. (i assume you communicate approximately electric powered permittivity, epsilon.) In air, the permittivity is so close to to that of empty area that we frequently forget approximately it. In different dielectric aspects, although, there's a distinction.
