... please stop posting questions... and for the love of all that is good in this world stop calling them "A*T*H*E*I*S*T*z".

...a question that truly begs the question. Anyone answering "yes" creates a falsidical paradox: because the question exists, the answer is a "higher power".

The fatal flaw with the "god of the gaps" mentality is obvious. Rational thought forbids a question to be answered by simply acknowledging the existence of the question.

On a more digestible note, countless natural mysteries have been attributed to a higher power before their workings were explained by science. Quantum physics is a science in its infancy. For every question it answers we'll run into 2 more. The intellectually lazy will stop and give credit to "God" while those with more inquisitive minds will eagerly seek answers that can actually be assigned probability.

As long as mankind strives to understand the universe around him, the god of the gaps will nip at the heals of discovery, but much like a 20 year old Shiatsu missing its teeth, he's easily ignored.

The sole purpose of the universe it to turn energy in to matter, which is sent back to the source thought. Thoughts are energy, so if you're careful with how you word a thought then you could get rich just by positive thinking!! The universe doesn't control our destiny or decide which path we should choose. We control every aspect of our life. We will always have free will, which will never be interfered with by an external source, however our soul does know the exact experience we have already decided to experience in order to spiritually evolve. So, the soul will use what we label "instinct", which is an overwhelming feeling that is difficult to ignore to be somewhere or do something at a certain time. Whatever we decide to do once we show up is completely up to us. If we don't take from the experience what we were meant to take, then the soul will wait for another similar opportunity to arise.

our universe (reality) is an extendend string/quark (thought) on a nucleus (mind) not from our own space time continuum (Self)
Is there an active intelligence (Thinker) behind this?

Yes, some call it God, some call it the absolute, some call it true nature. Others call it hog wash, take it how you will.

I'll tell you the truth!

God created the extended string/quark and also aliens.
Then, the aliens combined the extended string/quark with a nucleus. Then the big-bang took place and killed all the aliens. Then, we came about according to evolution. God felt sorry that there were no aliens. So, decided to recreate them. Now, the aliens visit our planet to see their ancestors' creations.

You appear to be mixing several different aspects of theoretical physics in a fairly random way to create a nonsense sentence.

Edit: Windom Earle, that is an awesome quote :P
