He did it because he was getting a free show. So next time put down the blinds, or shut the window with your curtains when you are changing! That way he wont see you giving him a free show!

Just be cautious: This happened to me when I was living with my husband, the blind were open and I was in my bra and panty get water from the refrigerator, and my blind were open and across the alley a guy a looking at me from his back porch. I shut my blinds and never opened them again until he moved. I was glad because this guy use to smoke with other guys and it was creepy. This is how some ladies get raped, and the guy lives right in their same area.

Close the curtain or go to your washroom to change.He is a male and almost all the guy are interest in looking at girl and will be much more happy to see girl changing.
