It might take 2 months it just depends on your body structure and type. And that if you excerise right. Cardio 30-45 minutes 5 days a week and stomach do 200 to 300 sit up a day. You should see some changes within 2 weeks

that depends on so many factors, like what you look like when you start and how long you exercise and what intensity. you can see a difference in a week or two, but you won't get where you want to be for several weeks usually.

it's diferent for everyone. some of us need to workout harder then others and some can get result with a lil workout. it takes atleast 90 days atleast.
