I started eating healthily overnight after a lifetime of junk last week. It is high summer and I have a cold. Does this have to do with my change in diet?

No. Colds are caused by germs. Which means you were around someone who had a cold, or the last person to touch a doorknob or something else you touched sneezed into their hand THEN opened the door without washing their hands, and you touched it and then touched your eyes, nose, or mouth. This is why handwashing is important.

Well, if ur eating healthier, I don't believe that can cause a cold.

However, if u went to a junk food diet, It can cause ur immune system to droop , thus allowing u to get a cold.

So, u prob, caught this cold before u changed ur eating.

If ur stomach feels weird, then yes, if u change ur diet, this can happen, since ur stomach is used to the old way of eating. This does not last long.

U could also be having an allergy? or sometimes, I find that if the a/c is always blowing on me, sometimes, I get a sore throat.

Probably not. I think because you ate junk for so long, your immune system was weak. It's just a coincidence if you have a cold. But it could be withdrawals from junk, which is full of sugar, chemicals, etc. that you're feeling. "flu-like symptoms".

Maybe, because the fat keep us warm inside and if you're losing weight fast your body will need time to adapt to your new condition. But if the problem persist you should go to a doctor.
