fruit juice try papaya, banana, beetroot and lemon... blend them all together, add water of course but not a lot cuz it has to be a dense juice... idk if the word is dense but whatever, ya know what I mean... and then add honey, not sugar, honey... as much honey as you want... and drink! it's delicious and it will give you energy for the rest of the day!!
good luck :)

That is a complex question as each individual is different and the tasks of the day so varied; for example if you work in an office sitting and typing maybe making calls it would be more than sufficient to have fruit, yogurt and toast, but if you were out side as a child minder you would do better with a heartier breakfast of eggs, hash browns and toast with juice. The perfect breakfast should be sufficient calories to get you to the noon meal (a snack mid morning of an apple or yogurt cup should suffice to boost your energy should you feel hungry). The important part of breakfast is giving you enough to get your brain on all cylinders so you can handle the tasks at hand. To better assess your daily requirements and make a better judgment of the best breakfast for your lifestyle try www.mypyramid.gov - you enter your age weight and activity level and it produces a list of foods and recommended amounts to keep you feeling fit and alert. Good Luck!

My dance teacher gets really mad if we don't have a breakfast. if you don't eat breakfast you should start because it helps you and if your worried about getting fat because of eating breakfast it's not true. so you should try and eat thing from different food groups like yourgurt, fruit, toast with jam or anything on it. and change it up!!! breakfast does not have to be boaring!

several months ago i read that an apple will energize you better in the morning than coffee. i tried it- it really works!! and i use to be a huge coffee addict- but not anymore. an apple a day keeps the sleepies away.
