It depends on what you want to do.
The AC-130 is good for all out destruction of any area. When that 105mm, 40mm, and the couple 20mm light up, boy you had better look out. But the AC-130 is slow and lumbering and has no defenses against air-to-air enemies.
The A-10 is a bulldog when it comes to destroying anything and everything from buildings to armor to troops in the open. The 30mm gun is a force to be reckoned with and if it needs the A-10 has precision capabilities with LGBs and JDAM. It also carries AIM-9 Sidewinders for self defense against air-to-air enemies and then there is that 30mm gun again. And this thing can take punishment and keep flying.
The AH-64D is awesome for destroying armor and troops in the open. The most dangerous attack helicopter out there. A 30mm gun, Hellfire missiles and rockets, this thing packs a punch. A helo can cause problems for fast movers trying to shoot it down, but still not the best thing to be in if a fighter is bearing down on you.
One you didn't mention is the F-15E. This thing carries a 20mm gun and all sorts of precision guided muntions. It can lay waste to all sorts of targets with a bunch of different bombs. One bomb in particular is the GBU-28, 5,000 pounds of bunker busting power. Plus the Strike Eagle has a good radar with good air-to-air modes so it can play both in the air-to-air and air-to-ground realms. For air-to-air it has AMRAAM and AIM-9X for either offensive or defensive capabilities.
My pick would be the F-15E, but if I had to pick one of the three that you picked I would go with the a$$ kicking A-10.

The A-10 . Nothing in the Air force can compare to this weapon's platform. It has superior survivability and carries a formidable array of weapons. The Iraqi's called it Death's Cross in the first Gulf War. As a former Tanker, I was never prouder of being an American Soldier than when i watched an A-10 showing what it could do.

I'm a fan of the A-10, and I've had the opportunity to see them on a practice range. To hear the gun purr is just awesome, along with it's ability to withstand multiple direct hits.
However, with the AC-130 Gunship, it you absolutely, positivity have to wipe out everyone in a given area, except no substitutes.
I'd still have to say A-10 is the best in my opinion.

You left out the B-52. In terms of shear destruction and chaos, nothing can compare to the sound, view, fear, and inspiration that 60,000 pounds of ordinance being dropped into a target will give you.
However out of your short list, the AC-130 Spectre gunship in my opinion.
