Herb roasted chicken, brown rice, brocolli along with a spinach, squash, relish, carrot and boiled egg salad, jello with fruit and a tall glass of ice tea on crushed ice.

I love this meal: a sald to start, then a big plate of spaghetti with (meatless) meatballs and garlic breadsticks...a nice glass of wine to wash it all down the hatch! :-)
