I have such a bad nausea problem..if anyone talks about throwing up or if i see it on TV for a brief second i just cant stop thinking about it and i feel like i have to throw up and i cant get over it for about an hour..how do i stop thinking about it and get it out of my head so i can live my life normal?! Please dont give me stupid answers like "dont think about it" well its alot harder than you think!

Ahh, that's actually a disorder based around anxiety.
If it really is effecting you on a regular basis than maybe you should go talk to somebody about this. Get some counseling and then move on from it.

I understand the way you feel. I don't like the sound of someone throwing up. I am afraid to throw up. I will cover my ears to block that sound out. Maybe sometime in your life you were around someone throwing up and you could not get away from it. At least with the TV you can turn the volume down when you know it is happening. Or if you are on a train you can get off at the next stop and get on another car on that train before it starts to smell bad. It is hard being sensitive to this. I guess there are other people out there that do not like it either. I wonder if there is a special name for this. Good Luck To You and Me Too.
