Well, it looks like volusianis gave you just about every quote in the book (or whatever website he was using), but here are my two favorite inspirational quotes:
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." - Mark Twain
"What we are is God's gift to us. What we become is our gift to God." - Eleanor Powell
Another good one comes from the movie Braveheart (I know, it's very trite). At the end, when William Wallace is waiting to be executed, and the French princess says she doesn't want him to die, he responds, "every man dies, but not every man truly lives." That one was part of my inspiration to finally take the backpacking trip through Europe I had always dreamed about. I met my wife on that trip!

When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stone-cutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow it would split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it, but all that had gone before together.
