My other question along with this is, about Adam and Eve, I find a hard time believing that there were not other people on the planet when they were put here. I mean wouldn't they have gotten here just like the rest of us? Because if they were the only 2 people on the planet at the time of creation, then um where did the rest of the population come from?

You are making a complicated question out of an easy one. Everything has a starting point, Adam and Eve were the starting point of mankind.

The population of the world has grown steadily over centuries, that is where we came from. And back in history it was not uncommon for a family to have as many as 20 children. So another family has 20 children. That equals 20 pairs of humans to reproduce. Do the math. Without disease and other natural disasters and accidental deaths, wars, etc.
The population of the world would have been at least twice what it is now.

To your first question: Basically, we wouldn't have. If God hadn't one day decided to make Earth a place for humans, I wouldn't be typing this!

Second question: Remember, the Bible (although it is God's word) is one documentation of one life. There may very well have been other people on Earth when Adam and Eve were, but perhaps they were so far away no one that wrote Genesis knew about them, and so they assumed Adam and Eve were the only ones at that time.

The Adam and Eve tale is fiction, as we know from genetic evidence. Although it is possible in principle to achieve today's population in a few thousand years starting with just two individuals, we know that it didn't happen that way. For an evolutionary history of the planet, see:

if god exists how did he get there?

if he always existed, explain why the universe couldnt have?

explain why the universe needs a creator but god doesnt.

(as for the creation story, some people believe adam and eve were the first TWO people but that god created others as well. not to mention adam lived 900+ years, and his children lived for anywhere between 600-900yrs as well, up until the time of noah)

First, the rest of the population came by reproduction from Adam and Eve. We got here because God created us. If there was no God then there would be no us. We were not created by ourselves and very unlikely by random.
The thing is that our egoism is so high that we don't accept being created by a higher personna, we love to accept that it was by nature, a general conception so we don't compare it to "humanoid personna" because we can't accept something "controlling" us. We then tend to put something that we see right away that something that we don't.

It is all in the bible. 6,000 years ago, there were 2 people. They had a dozen kids. When all kids reached puberty at 13, they would have a dozen kids, and so on throughout the generations. No one ever died until having a dozen kids. Yes, I believe that this might just account for the population that we have today.

It says God created Adam and Eve .. it doesn't say they were the only people ever created by Him.

By chance. The more relevant question would be: Without the existence of humanity; how would the idea of god originated?

Evolution.

And see you don't really buy that tripe in the Bible either. Mitochondrial DNA is sufficiently diverse that there wasn't a single small population of humans for at least 150,000 years. That is considerably different than the Bible. Noah would have made a second small population which make the story fit the facts even less.

We are here because of evolution. Adam and Eve never existed. They are part of a creation myth, every civilization has one.
