"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." -- Anne Coulter, Christian Peace Activist
Conquer,Convert or kill them.
"The three-in-one/one-in-three mystery of Father, Son and Holy Ghost made tritheism official. The subsequent almost-deification of the Virgin Mary made it quatrotheism . . . Finally, cart-loads of saints raised to quarter-deification turned Christianity into plain old-fashioned polytheism. By the time of the Crusades, it was the most polytheistic religion to ever have existed, with the possible exception of Hinduism.
This untenable contradiction between the assertion of monotheism and the reality of polytheism was dealt with by accusing other religions of the Christian fault.
The Church - Catholic and later Protestant - turned aggressively on the two most clearly monotheistic religions in view - Judaism and Islam - and persecuted them as heathen or pagan.
The external history of Christianity consists largely of accusations that other religions rely on the worship of more than one god and therefore not the true God.
These “pagans” (Islam and Judaism) must therefore be converted, conquered and/or killed for their own good in order that they benefit from the singularity of the Holy Trinity, plus appendages." -- The Doubter's Companion (John Ralston Saul)

Hmmm....
And i guess you cried on 9/11 and you protest terrorism? Yet you preach violence yourself...
I call that hypocrisy. People who talk so should be sent to Guantanamo. That's what they do to Muslims when they do something America doesn't like....

In the first place you went from invade, kill AND convert
to conquer, convert OR kill. So you begin with false logic.
In the second place, I am a Christian, and if Anne Coulter said this then her kind of Christianity and mine are different.
I think you should give the context--you leave Miss Coulter nowhere to defend herself , and no way for we who are reading you to know whether this accurately represents her views.
Your question comes across more as a platform for what you want to say than a real question.

I'm Christian, and that bothers me what she said.
I do not agree. Since Christ is our example,(among other things) we should know He NEVER forced Himself on anyone. He invited, but never forced.
As far as the Catholics' beliefs, this is why I am Protestant.
I think widespread ignorance paved the way for the atrocities in church history to have been able to happen.

Your mistake is saying that Ann Coulter is a Christian "peace" activist. She's not. What she is though is absolutely RIGHT (except for the forcing Christianity part).
This statement was made after 9/11 and in terms of war. islam brought war to us. She wanted us to protect ourselves and others. She even referred to Hitler and Germany, saying we didn't just go get Hitler (comparing him to getting Osama bin Laden). We took out his followers, the Nazi belief and it was the right thing to do. If we really fought this war with terrorists the right way, we'd be out of Iraq by now.
islam is evil. It teaches to kill the infidel, even if Muslims won't admit it. We will protect ourselves. God wants us to.
God Bless.

Wow long question, well as a muslim , I'm not affected at all. First of all, she doesn't represent her faith, second of all, the nation's she is referring to don't represent Islam either, so all it is, is a bunch of blasphemists who are trying to gain power being silly in public.
Reminds me of the presidential debates we seeing on TV these days =)

Everyone knows that Coulter has a few screws loose. It is quite odd that she has so many followers who like her hate-filled tripe. I suspect that most, if not all, of her followers are U.S. christians. Who else would appreciate an idiot on a pulpit?
