I took her outside for a little while, and she drank some of the water in the wild bird bath, its kinda nasty, moldy
Is this really bad for my bird, should i give her some extra vitamins or something to counteract the nasty water or am i just overreacting

If your bird is healthy to begin with, it probably won't hurt her. Of course there is always the possibility that the water was contaminated by some disease, etc.
You should not give her extra vitamins. Too many vitamins can hurt a bird. If you get any type of avian antibiotic (usually pet stores sell them) make sure you give probotics (good bacteria) AFTER the antibiotic treatment.
Just keep an eye on her and see if she starts to act differently.

Just watch her for a few days to make sure she doesn't start acting sick. If the water had bird droppings in it, you may want to take her to the vet in a week or so to make sure she didn't catch any diseases. Other than that, the water should be fine.

I agree, she should be fine but change that water before some wild birds get sick!

your bird should be fine. I myself have 2 cockatiels, and they do tend to be mischeivous. lol If you notice they aren't as vocal as usual, or she stays in the corner of her cage longer than usual just call a vet, and they coul;d give you advice over the phone. I wouldn't worry much.

first if you are so concerned about your bird drinking it, what about all the ones that visit that bird bath????should have no effect but clean it out and put fresh water daily

sure that's undesirable! you're able to think of that's stable for u cuz they provide u capability yet they merely make you crash some hours later. I used to drink like 5 an afternoon yet i presently stopped cuz i found out what they have been doing to me
