Is it possible to install a remote control starter to a 1995 Lincoln Town car Signature Series and approximately how much does it cost installed, assuming I can buy one for the car.

Sure you can. I have seen them in all price ranges. Even as low as $30. However, you may want to take a look at a little higher priced ones that also include the auto door lock/unlock key fobs. You should be somewhere between 300-500 installed.

I have a system on my truck and I don't really use it that much except in the winter, I let it start and loosen the ice on the windshield before I go out and scrape it off.
