I work with about 20 attorneys and I've never seen one of them offer to give their own lives in exchange for clemency being granted to a transgressor -- which is what Moses did. (Exodus 32:30-33)

Probably Abraham as he was the first to argue with God. But surely Moses had the most experience ---- first with God at the burning bush, then with pharaoh, next with the whiny Israelites, and then again God, back to the whiners, etc.

if you read John Johnson book :a history of the jew people, you will find that all teaching of the old testament are derived by a way or other from the misopotonia cultures,it is sustantiated by clay tablets found there,so,accordingly,the first lawyer was Hammurabi

I do not think so. It is likely he studied with lawyers at Pharaon's palace. Probably Abraham meet some back in Babylon.

In a way....yes.

The people would go to him to settle their disputes....which is why we ended up with the book of Judges......

Moses & Aaron couldn't do it all

No! It was Adam because he was the first to argue with the JUDGE and cast blame on his wife.
