My husband's killer knock-off of a McD's sausage McMuffin with egg. Grands flaky biscuits which he dips in butter before baking, Jimmy Dean sausage, an egg he fries in a ring, and American cheese. It's awesome!

Not one Mexican dish...I am going to have to represent then...Chorizo (spicey) and eggs (you Mexicans know how its done!) frijoles and some homemade thick flour tortillas with homemade chile ("salsa" for you other folks). This meal will keep you full till dinner time.

For the finisher, pan dulce and a cup of leche to dunk those puppies in!
