Its really not like me at all to write this..But Im feeling so so depressed today.
I lost my job a while ago and had to resort to working for a family member, doing something completely unrealted to anything Im interested in....Ive been applying thru job center, newspapers, fish for jobs... I cant get anything else..
I feel like im at the end of my thether today...Im so so so so bored, I literally just went into the loo and cried!
I know self pity is rubbish..and I am grateful to have a job..But Im alone in an office, with no natural light all day...I talk to no one and just cant handle it anymore...Im a very socialble person..Im quailified in health care yet im working as an data entry clerk..
Can anyone..I dunno help! Tho, I kinda gotta just help myself really...
Oh, sorry..huge blow out there...
but I needed to tell someone!!!

Hi there my dear friend doing a job you do not want or like has away of draining your energy before you even start work, but if you think about this in a positive way instead of a negative way, it will be to your advantage. Think of this as a stop gap until you find another job you would like doing and let this job make you go out of your way to find a better job, then at the end of it look back and say to yourself without that job I would have never found this one ?

All i can offer you is some comfort. When i read what you wrote i can relate to it so much. I'm a qualified nurse but i'm working for a family member in the market. It is so disheartening not being able to do what you are trained to do but i just keep thinking one day i will actually find my feet again. Like you i've been to the job centre and looking in the argus every week but have found nothing. Just wanted to say you're not alone and don't give up.

Sounds to me like your working conditions are questionable, no natural light day after day - no wonder you are miserable.
No. One. You most definitely can help yourself by finding out if your working conditions are in line with the law (family member or no family member)
Two you can go to your doctor and ask professional opinion. The CAB can also help.
Three you can choose to stop working in those conditions and sign on at the job centre and actively seek work and train with them.
Do what will make you feel happier.
Good Luck and Good Wishes - here is a link to help you find good cheer again

You need to register with some job agencies if you haven't all ready done so. Pop down to your local agencies with your CV and see if they can help.
Have a look on http://www.reed.co.uk they have hundreds and hundreds of jobs online for you to send your CV forward for.
Cheer up mate, it's not the end of the world it's only work! Plenty of people hate their jobs.
Good luck!

I'm sorry to hear your feeling so low, but can relate to exactly how your feeling, been there done that sort of thing.
i know it wont help telling you, but it wont be forever.
keep your chin up, keep smiling and the jobs will come along in good time, probably all at once, then you will be faced with the dilemma of which one to take lol

Dont be soooo hard on yourself, things take time, just be patient for now, something better WILL come up, it always does. Just keep looking and go with the flow for now and remember the majority of people out there hate their jobs x

i'm so sorry you're feeling so depressing. I understand the crampy, bloated feeling and all the different menstrual indications yet i don't get the nausea and burning up feeling. Is all of it menstrual appropriate ? Are you on delivery administration? If no longer, it particularly is particularly helpful to evaluate taking them as I pay attention they are able to shrink many menstrual issues fairly the place cramps are in contact. wish you initiate up feeling better genuine quickly.

Sometimes the best times in your life, the best opportunites of your life, come right after something hard and terrible like this. I hope this is your case :) Good luck and remember that it's not a forever thing, just temporary.
