It could be many things.
He could have a parasite, he could eat too fast and it makes him sick or many other things.
I would take him to the vet. He sounds like he vomits too much.

My first question is - is he still pooping? if not then he has an obstruction and will require IMMEDIATE surgery or he'll die. Have seen it and witness a horrible death by obstruction. now if he's still pooping regularly and only throwing up, it is likely something he ate. If you use poison for weeds - in the house or anything he walks on - that could be the cause. What is the breed? Usually for stomach problems they will eat grass. You could use a spoon of pepto to see if that settles the stomach ...but not too much - it contains sugar and that is not good, but better than being sick.. . feed smaller amounts twice a day instead of a large amount once a day. Dogs should NOT roam freely around a neighborhood and through the streets - you should always know where they are. if you cannot contain them in a fenced area then walk them on a lead. For their safety and yours...people are sue happy and you'd be surprised at how little it takes for an a$$ to take you to court over your dog.

It's always best to take your dog to the vet when he's vomiting a lot. It could be just a small problem like you need to switch his food or someone was giving him table scraps that upset his stomach or he was eating grass, but it could also be something much more serious than that. And with him vomiting so much, he could become dehydrated. You should deffinately take him to the vet and get him checked out. If you put it off and it is something serious, you'll be risking his life. The longer this goes on, the less likely you'll be able to help him when you decide to do so. Don't take any risks. Take him to the vet. Good luck and I hope your dog gets better soon.

The biggest issue you should worry about is him getting dehydrated from vomiting. It can be very serious if not caught in time. Get him to your vet it can be something as simple as eating the wrong things or there could be some underlying problems. Vets are better equipped to diagnose such things.
I always keep a bottle of pedilite plain in the house to add with the water if I have an ill animal.

He must be getting into someone's garbage if he's eating green beans and chicken, so figure out where the leftovers are coming from, and close down that eatery! My brother's dog had acid reflux and was vomiting alot, but she's on medication now, so perhaps your dog has this problem too, but likely he's just eating things he shouldn't be.

What are you feeding him? Stick with a good dry food, lots of water and a trip to the vet.
He could have eaten something that is disagreeing with him...like a piece of wire.
