I saw this infomercial yesterday about this guy who wrote a book about how some people have a physiological disorder in the hypothalamus gland (the gland that controls the urge to eat). He said there is an inexpencive suppliment meant to supress the effects of the gland and at the same time remove fat from your body. Now, the way the commercial impacted me, it seemed like is was meant for weight 'loss', so if you aren't trying to lose weight you might want to look for something else or at least talk to your doctor. The website is here : http://www.hcgmail.com/us/index.htm . If I were you, I'd talk to your docter about this suposed 'miracle substance' HCG and maybe about the book. Just a suggestion.

Try eating foods high in fiber and protein. Foods with a lot of protein fill you up and make you feel less hungry. Are you vegetarian? Or just eating healthy? If you're vegetarian, I suggest tofu, actually I'll suggest it even if you're not vegetarian. Tofu and some rice. That always fills me up. Throw a little barbecue sauce on the tofu and fry it up with a smidget of olive oil. Hope this helps...

count the carbohydrates in the food you are eating. It looks like the majority of that food is carbs.....juice, toast, fruit, snacks....all very high carb and your body converts it directly to sugar. If you carb-load your body will use it up quickly, then want MORE and MORE and MORE. It's a vicious cycle and one reason why it's almost impossible to control your appetite on a carb-high diet. Try lowering your carb intake and upping your protein intake, at least in the morning. It'll take longer for your body to process and will stick with you longer. Try reading the South Beach Diet book....it explains and makes clear the whole carbohydrate concept and how your body uses and responds to carbs, timing, types of carbs, etc....

Some people have a quicker metabolism than others, so you digest your food more quickly. You're a size 10 so that's probably the case. Anyway, think yourself lucky, you can eat as much as you want! ;o)
You could try eating little and often and see if that helps.

Well, if you're a size 10 why on earth are you worried about how much you eat?? Feed your body hun - it's telling you it wants nutrition and I dont think what you've eaten so far is a particularly nutritious diet!! Stop getting so hung up about food and eat something decent and filling if you're hungry!

Try this out
Have 3 meals a day
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Avoid in between snacks like choc, sweets, crisp.
Get the right amount of salt intake.
From what you have had so far I cant see that you have either had a proper breakfast or lunch.

Like me a fellow trencherman I'm always hungry, but I think it may have something to do with boredom. I do not snack as much if I am very active

You obviously have a very high metabolism. I think that you need to start including more foods in your diet that are high in fibre so that feel fuller for longer.
However looking at what you have had today you haven't really eaten anything, you have drunk a lot but you haven't had any real food
