I was using `SpeedFan` to check, And is there any tips how to cool my pc or summit on it? Im a begginer at speedfan

Temp 1: -48C
Temp 2: 75C
Temp 3:73C
CPU Usage: 80-91%
Usally my pc crashes while playing this game but i luv it, so i keep playing are there any tips on speedfan to make my pc not crash or anything?
And Are these details bad? Like Temp CPU ect..

The problem is you are running a very demanding game... your PC is running close to full on all the time so it's gonna be hot and the fan is gonna be running fast.
How do you fix it?
Better heatsink.
Better processor
Stop playing Runescape.

if ur computer crashes playing a simple game like that , its either really old or sumthing is wrong with it.
