I am afraid of seeing any fish that is larger than the size of my hand. That's the reason I never go near aquariums. But it's wierd, because I am fine with seeing large marine animals like sharks, whales, balugas, jellyfish etc. I am also very, VERY afraid of sting rays.

I'm afraid that I may have phobia, but how is it possible to get over this fear, besides being on the Maury show?

You may or may not have a phobia. Working with a therapist could help you determine this. If you do have a phobia, the therapist can work with you to get over it. The Maury show is the harder and less rational way to get over it (although I'm sure you were joking) The therapist will most likely suggest behavioral therapy as well.

The easiest is gradual acclimation.

Next easiest is the Shrink's couch.

The hardest is facing the fear head on...this one can lead to other serious problems if not handled properly, although, it is the last step in removing a phobia used by Shrinks. (i.e.: Someone with the fear of flying would go through several supervised flights.)
