I have read that the "whore" is the Catholic Church. I like to research prophesies, but I don't really think anyone truly understands them. Look at the answers, isn't it amusing how most people become almost rabid at the suggestion that the U.S. could be anything other than righteous, when it is obvious that our Government is as corrupt and full of sin as any on the planet. I guess they really believe that slogan "God bless America", what a joke.

the Statue of Liberty is one of the most recognizable icons of the United States and is meant to represents liberty and escape from oppression.

She was to commemorate the centennial of the United States in 1886 and was a gesture of friendship from France to America.

the world has changed greatly with so many who hate American, within and without, and for what lady liberty is meant to represent.

i have yet to see her in person but i know that she must be tired and tattered from all the degradations she has suffered from those who have abused her and her ideals.

--SO THEN if both the "KINGS" & THE "MERCHANTS" are standing by weeping at her demise or total destruction THE ONLY EMPIRE left to have power over the people of the earth is indeed--the False Religious Empire(Christendom & Pagandom)--which have dealt ruthelessly with the people of the earth for thousands of years!
