If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Human growth is determined by several factors including heredity (your parents, your grand parents, etc.), race, health, nutrition, and environmental factors.
Generally being in good health and not having any serious diseases during childhood will rule out the impact of health on your growth. If you have had any serious childhood diseases or have ongoing problems with a medical condition you may experience suppressed growth.
Good nutrition during the childhood years will ensure you reach the maximum growth your genes will allow.
Environmental impact on childhood growth is not clearly understood and is not believed by everyone to affect growth.
You can't do anything about heredity and race (genetics). Most females stop growing by the time they reach the age of 18 years. A few continue to grow after that. The height you state sounds like you are a little behind the average in growth. If you are really worried about your height you should talk it over with your parents who might decide to take you to a physician. A visit to your physician may answer your questions. Your physician may refer you to a specialist who might do specific testing to see if there are other factors influencing your growth and development.

You have until you are 18 to stop growing, but I was the same way. Now I am 20 and 4 "11". I love my size. When I was a child I hated it, but now I love it. You will see.

I think you've probably reached your maximum height. It would be unusual for you to grow more than a couple of inches after your 14th birthday.

This is even more likely the case if one or both of your parents ish below average height - 5ft 3 in for women, 5ft 9in for men in the US.

There's always a chance, but you may not. Generally, girls hit their growth spurt fairly early (middle school age) and then will only an inch or so after that. So there's a chance you'll grown an inch or so, but not much more.

It also depends on your genetics. Do you have female family members whose growth spurt came late? Then there's a chance you just haven't gotten your growth spurt yet.

take a look at your relatives - once in awhile a recessive gene pops up - but you're probably going to be similar in height to your mom - maybe an inch or 2 more.
