Chicken Salad - canned chicken, mayo, splash of vinegar, cumin, salt, pepper. Can be eaten with crackers, bread, or on greens.
Baked Pasta - Boil pasta (penne works well). Drain and add jarred sauce. Pour into a casserole dish. Add frozen meatballs or chicken patties (available frozen, defrost first in the microwave). Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Put in 250 degree oven until warm and the cheese is melted.

Get some of your favorite cold cuts and layer them on top of each other and roll them up into pinwheels, then cut into rounds. Serve with pasta or any other salad from the deli case, drizzle with a little salad dressing. No cooking at all!

If you have some time on the weekend, prepare meals that you can freeze and heat up quickly during the week. You'll spend less than if you were buying frozen TV dinners and they'll be much tastier.

I like to make a big pot of soup or chili on the weekend. I freeze most of it then during the week I can thaw some in the micro and not have to cook.

You'll still have to use the oven...but I take a can of spicy refried beans (fat free), diced jalapenos (and a bit of the juice) and a can of diced tomatos, heat them up, and spread the mixture into torillas. Then I roll them into burritos and then in foil and bake for 15 mins. SO easy and tasty and healthy!
