Yesterday i drank two large lattes over a 5 hour period. And i couldnt sleep at all last night. And now i feel very jittery and sick to my stomach. Is there any way to combat symptoms?

I really didnt mean to drink that much caffeine, i wasnt thinking. lol

Every time i try to drink or eat something it makes me feel even more sick...

I'm not 100% sure, but I react like that to excessive caffeine, and here's what works for me:
1. NO caffeine today!
2. Get a little exercise, like a 30 minute walk, a bike ride, etc. but don't push yourself hard, and make sure you get your exercise early in the day, not within 2 hours of bedtime.
3. Eat very healthy today, fruit, veggies and whole grains are good choices. Any fats should be healthy ones like nuts, avocado, or olive oil.
4. Take a cool shower and try to relax about a half hour before bedtime.

first of all don't drink that much caffine. Second of all you will probably feel better after a bowel movement since caffine stimulates the GI tract. In the interum drink lots of water and eat balanced meals and you should feel fine. If you don't watch for fever, chills or other signs and symptoms of other illnesses.

Eat empty carbs, ie donuts, pastry, French fries. These are comfort foods and will counter act the symptoms.

Drink as much water as you can handle. It will help flush your system.
