You need a professional cleaning and scraping at the dentist's office. Then you need to do lots of brushing and flossing as per their instructions. You are on your way to long term grief if you ignore the problem.

It sounds like gingavitis. Your gums are infected and you should go see a Dentist ASAP. Start using Listerine 3 times a day and floss morning and night! To get your teeth clean you dont have to brush too hard. Most dentists recommend getting a toothbrush with SOFT BRISTLES!
I am a Dental hygenist so I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff. If you are bleeding then floss very gently. MOST IMPORTANTLY USE LISTERINE for a tortal of 1 minute. I know it burns but it really works.........
Good Luck!
And if dont have the money for a dentist right now ( I know how expensive it is ) Just use all the above and commit to it daily. You will see healthier gums within 2 weeks!
Good Luck!
PS. Use Ambesol if in pain!

Dont know if they can take alternative teeth out, But I will say wisdom teeth growing in is painful, unfortunately for me the pain gets unbearable, your so lucky thats its just annoying pain, I take motrin, aleve, and extra tylenol to control the pain, It is very normal to have pain from mild to extreme, it depends on the person.
