If you have hand weights (or just use cans of food), hold the weights in your hands chest height with elbows straight out. Bend at the waist 90 degrees (facing parallel to floor). Bring arms up and back as far as comfortable, keeping elbows bent. Start out with a few reps, add more every few days. Like 8 reps, then stop for a few seconds, and repeat 8 reps, increasing as days and weeks go by.

Reverse push up. Stand with your back to a counter top, about 2' away from it, place hands on counter behind you, fingers forward. Lower and raise yourself.
