He likes to bite people now. He never did that before, but I took him to the vet and he didn't have rabies, or any other disease; but it seems like as of late he has gotten very aggressive? He is neutered by the way.

Has anything in his environment changed? Sometimes bringing home another animal or even a new baby can cause their behavior to change. If he's biting while playing w/you then stop playing and ignore him - eventually he'll catch on. Also, pay attention to when he's biting, see if there's a pattern - is it when you touch his feet, is it when the microwave or dryer beeps? It's normal for some cats to play bite even to the point of mild pain, but there are ways to discourage it if you don't like it.

I don't have young children to worry about so I love kitty bites! I have a maine coone who loves to attack my ankles when I'm doing the dishes or walking to the fridge. She falls on her side, wraps her legs and arms around my ankle and bites while I drag her around the kitchen with me. I get a kick out of it (no pun intended) - I could be sad or mad and she forces me to laugh out loud at her antics. In the end I can't help but feel better. Cats are great stress relievers - I have 5 of them!

How old is he? Is he declawed?

I have found that matured male cats just like to bite. Sometimes its defensive and sometimes its actually playful.

when he goes for your hand gently slide a toy or something cushy into his mouth...then eventually he will go to that toy when he has biting rampages...if your cat loves to bite then you should think about investing in some dog bones..no joke..i had to do that with our family cat..and it worked..hope i helped...
