It depends on the circumstances. When you say things are not going so well are you saying this new boss is not giving you as many hours as you would like or are you being harrassed. If you are being harrassed you need to document what is happening.
I was in an office job where a new boss came in and was completely unprofessional. I spent about six months documenting what was happening, and than I quit. I filed for unemployment and got it, becasue I had the documentation that I quit for a valid reason. In most states you are entitled to a hearing, if you file for unemployment becasue you quit. That is where you present your documentation.

Apprently, liberals experience that public college instructors are entitled to make a living salary after 5+ years of faculty. they think of that in basic terms because of the fact non-government workers with a grasp's degree often make 150,000 or greater a 300 and sixty 5 days interior the inner maximum sector, that public college instructors with an identical training point are in a roundabout way entitled to a "living salary" (a socialist concept) i individually disagree. and that i don't probably care in spite of the fact that if maximum folk with an equivalent point of training make two times as a lot funds interior the inner maximum sector. particularly, I even have contempt not in undemanding terms for instructors, yet for Union workers and all and sundry else interior the middle classification that thinks they're entitled to a "living salary" interest on the plausible price of the jobs creators.
