My ex husband and I have a car loan in both of our names. He's primary and I was the co-signer. But the title is in his name. After our divorce he said all he wanted was what he took with him I could have the rest. Well at the time I was pregnant and not working. He made me lose my truck and he said I could have the car, when I tried to go get it he wouldn't let me have it. Is there anything I can do?

Go back to your lawyer and see if he can get the car. Take your ex back to court. The settlement should have been in writing and not verbal. Let the judge decide what is right and proper.

Take your diverce papers down to the lending bank for the truck and have your name removed from the loan
