The Bible states in very plain and simple language at Genesis 5:4 that "...he (Adam) became father to sons and daughters." Notice the plural "sons" and "daughters." Since Adam lived for 930 years, he reasonably could have fathered many, many children. His sons, including Cain, would have married their sisters, or nieces. This would sound repulsive to us today, but consider the circumstances back then. It would have been proper at that time, since the Earth's population was relatively sparce, and the human race was to be proliferated according to God's purpose. It was only later that God made the restriction not to marry one's own sister or brother.

Yes. All people came from Adam and Eve. We were created in His 'image'. That doesn't necessarily show physical image but can be representative of a spiritual image, emotional image, mental image, physical image, sexual image, ect (obviously not all those will be true and some may be offensive, I simply show them for the sake of completion). Humans were likely created in God's spiritual image.
The Bible doesn't tell us how many children Adam and Eve had but we know it was a lot as Cain's son Enoch had a city named after him when he was born.
At the moment any 2 people in France are (on average) 13th cousins. Yes we are all related in some way.
Remember that at the moment of creation God made man sound in mind and genetically perfect. We didn't have the diseases or 'padding' (unnecessary genetic markers or whatever you want to call them). As humans bred the genetic purity was lost as genes mutated and diseases began. This is why in exodus and Leviticus God outlawed marriages between close family members (this is why there is stigma towards incest today). I haven't got any scripture references that I am going to quote here but these answers came mostly from Genesis up to chapter 5 and it's a great place to start. It even explains where Cain got his wife (Adam had other sons and daughters, Gen 5:4). It is not a problem that we are all related (as I mentioned about France), the problem comes from the closeness of our genetics, the closer we are related to someone, the more likely we are to have the same genetic abnormality as they do and the more likely we are to pass that abnormality onto our children.
God's peace be with you sister.

Strictly speaking God created only Adam and Eve. The Bible mentions they had at least three sons Cain, Abel, and Seth. It is assumed that they had more sons and daughters as well, but is not mentioned in the Bible. There is a Jewish myth that Adam took Lilith (now the consort of Satan) as his second wife (suppossedly she mothered Cain). But you're still back to everyone having one forefather. Again in Genesis 6:1-2. It mentions the sons of God and the daughters of men. Some believe the sons of God to actually be angels, so again you have new genetic input, but still they were only half the union, and the other half would still have been descended directly from Adam.
Finally to put the icing on the cake we have Noah his wife, and their three sons and their wives, who were the only people to survive the Flood, so we would all then be descended from Noah.
From a scientific standpoint, I believe there are aproximately 7 different known types of mitochondrial DNA, so that would mean that mankind had 7 different genetic mothers or eves if you will.
Whatever you choose to believe is on you.

Yes, Adam and Eve were the only people God actually created. All of humanity was spawned from them. The Bible makes no mention of how many children they had, but it can be assumed that it was a good amount. Cain and Abel were the only two that the Bible mentions, and that's because they were the first to commit the major sin of murder. Yes, all of humanity is related.
And, according to the Bible, we're all even MORE related, because when the flood happened, humanity had to start all over again. Noah, his wife, and his three sons and their wives were the only ones left. So, we're all descendants of Adam and Eve, but more specifically we are all descendents of Noah, his wife, their sons and their wives.
EDIT: I noticed that someone asked the question of where do the races come from? I believe that the races come from Noah's three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japeth. Their are three main races: Caucasian, Asian, and African. And Middle-Easterners are descendants of other children that Noah and his wife had after the flood.

God created Adam from the dust of the earth, then from Adam, He took a rib, and created Eve. Adam and Eve had children. The first two were Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel, but, then, Adam and Eve had another son, Seth. Then, they had other sons and daughters.
Yes, EVERYONE CAME FROM ADAM AND EVE. You would ask, "Doesn't that mean their children, etc. had incest? Well, God told them to be fruitful and multiply. It wasn't even called incest then. It was ok according to God, because the earth had to be populated. When God saw that the earth was being populated enough, He then made the rules about incest. Hope this helps.

Surely there was a beginning and Adam and Eve were that beginning. Are we all related? Yes. Was there incest as it is called today? Yes. But out of necessity because everything must have a starting point.
Btw, I do not mind being called a Bible Thumper, actually it is an honor to be called one. As is being called a "fundie."
Only the shallow Christians take issue with those terms.

Yes, Adam and Eve had children but I not sure how many, (Althought Caine murdered his other brother =\ ) So therefore yes we are all somewhat related.
I have asked this question myself and thought about mutation, but whos to say we arn't all somehow mutated, we do not know what Adam and Eve origionally looked like and we could differ from them slightly or a lot.
Sorry, I don't know any Bible quotes of the top of my head. Hope this helps anyway. :)

Yes, Adam and Eve were the first people and they had LOTS of kids. The bible doesn't say how many. Incest was necessary.
Yes, we are all related, even closer to Noah.

Another good question is: If Adam and Eve were the first people and we are all related to them in some way, then how is it that there are so many races? How did 2 white people create black, mexican, caldian, etc...?

Man in the image of God refers to Adam and Eve. God created man in his image and made them male and female.
Gen 1:
26 ¶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Adam live 930 years and had many children, yes we are related all came from Adam.
Incest laws did not exist untill the law was given after Moses.
