Improving IQ:
Reading, Researching, Studying, Some TV like the news, if you ever come across a word you dont understand the meaning of look it up and write the definition down that way you'll remember it.
Hand-eye Coordination:
Believe it or not Video Games cand help you with that. Computer games because your moving the mouse while your looking at the screen. Typing and writing.
Attention Span:
You will have to work on this one. Try to set goals if your reading a book and you dont have the patience to read for more than 2 min. then try to make your self read for 10 min. then 20, and so on.

You can improve your IQ by being curious about many things and reading.
Computer games are a way of improving eye-hand coordination, but also playing outdoor games like golf or tennis.
Personally I find reading and writing can hold my attention for a long time.

Same way you improve physical strength, practice and challenging yourself. For IQ you can do puzzles and quizzes, and read books in general. For hand-eye coordination you can juggle or play some sport that requires a decent amount of it. For attention span focus, concentrate, and keep a clear mind.
