Hello,

I'm a personal trainer. The truth is that many women cannot get a six pack without compromising their health.

You need to have a low body fat percentage to get a six pack (less than 18% maybe as low as 12% or less).

The danger of low body fat is that your hormones start to get out of whack, especially estrogen. With low estrogen, women are suceptible to infertility (amenorrhea- absense of a period), stress fractures and osteoporosis (less calcium absorption), and heart disease.

The risk is only if you get really low. If you are young and athletic you may be close but just need a little fitness guidance.

Try checking out the page on six pack abs at the ab website below. Hope that helps.

i think of it relies upon on the guy lol... There probably isn't one maximum suitable thank you to respond to this. as much as i'm unable to deny that the six-%. is captivating, in case you do not have a large character that is going with it the charm is maximum probable momentary. Flat abdomen or beer abdomen is perhaps a similar. despite if women folk will say that a guy with a killer physique is powerful looking (that's genuine), we can finally end up selecting the guy that has the coronary heart, the large character, the recommendations, the honesty, etc... before thinking the guy with the six-%..... in case you have all those traits and a six-%. nicely means to you lol... yet ya, i think my answer summed up may be that each and each female has their own determination and that for the duration of the top the relationship which will final is merely not in step with a six-%. or something of the type... desire this permits

Don't worry about six-packs . . . I don't care much for six-packs on girls. If your stomach is mostly flat that's quite enough. Good night!

You need to lose more body fat. Six-pack abs don't depend on the actual strength of your muscles, they depend on your body fat level.
