My Nan lived to be 97 and she never went on a trampoline.
My Granddad was 89 and he never bounced either!

They're good as part of a larger fitness programme. If you are just starting out, aim to do approx 20 minutes three times a week. Always do warm up exercises beforehand and start gently to get into a rhythm. You might find it useful to go to a trampolining class to learn some moves that will help your fitness in specific ways.

To provide any real results bounce for long periods of time 30mins - 1 hour whilst maintaining a heart rate percentage of 65 -75 %. Trampolines also provide muscle toning att he same time.

good for your heart, bad for your ankles. Jump long enough to get your heart rate in the beneficial zone for about 20 minutes if you want an aerobic workout. Shorter sessions mixed with other workouts that keep your heart rate elevated are okay, such and moving immediately to a stair stepper or treadmill. don't rest inbetween for maximum benefit, but be sure you are in good enough shape to handle the intensity. work up to that level slowly if your heart rate would otherwise exceed a safe elevated rate.

Well 100-200 is enough but also try different activities like skipping, jogging, walking all day you know things like that
also gym is a good place :)

My dogs have never used a mini trampoline and they are both alive, and neither of them are springers

they are very good cardio..kinda like jumping rope..just make sure you dont have bad knees..i would say at least 30 mins to be effective
