I am a Virgo myself. I think a lovely Amethyst ring, pair of earings or necklace would please her greatly! :)

I'm a Virgo lady, and we Virgos love to be organized. I'd get her one of those nice Journal books that she can write all her thoughts in, and make sure it's purple. She'll love it!
