hello.i live in the uk and i am british.im filling in a application form for my baby of 4 weeks.im stuck on part 10 can any 1 help?

I can't remember what Part 10 is. Have you considered speaking to the passport office for help?

This has to be someone who has known YOU for at least two years, and can vouch that you are who you say you are.

As you have just had a child, the obvious choice would be your doctor, but you can consider anyone who works in the civil service or NHS also. Have you thought about asking friends and neighbours if they qualify under passport controls to act as a counter signatory?

Make sure you fill in the form correctly, as well as do the correct wording on the back of the photograph! They WILL send it back otherwise.

I know what you mean, the counter signiture, ur bank people, someone with a degree, your dr, teacher, mp, it may be slightly different thought surely its you they have to know and not the baby. Think its someone known with title/qualification thats knwon you 2 years.

Try your doctor first thay will do it for you . if your married take your marriage cert and child's birth cert to your local police station (both parents as well) and child and thay will sign it for you , Ive had my signed there before .

take it to your doctors if you have been registered for two years, also ring round all your friends/family get them to ring round there friends and family there must be someone who knows of' you for aleast two years,
