it's just your appetite and attitude...
just try to start a daily routine...
like if you wake up every 7am, program to eat by 730am...
if you really cant eat, just drink milk, tea, or coffee...
i have the same problem too,
but with proper training and attitude, you will get used to it.
never skip breakfast. that's the most important meal of the day!

I can relate to this because I'm also very thin and don't care to eat in the morning. However, I know NOT eating affects my mood, my energy, my bowels, my sex drive (I'm married), my concentration ... the list goes on. So, I've learned some tricks ...
First, start out SMALL! Try just one slice of toast, or a little thing of yogurt, or anything that sounds good/tastes good (doesn't have to be breakfast food). You just have to get your stomach used to having a little food in it in the morning.
Second, as soon as you're done eating, take a multivitamin. A healthy body feels better all the way around. (But vitamins NEED food in your system to work correctly.)
Third, if you can't eat, drink ... how about a nutrition shake? I know of some yummy ones where you just add the powder to some milk. E-mail me at jmh45881@thewavz.com if you want to know which ones I like.) If you don't like those, can you drink chocolate milk? Just mix some up using either Nestle Quik, or Ovaltine ... not Hershey's syrup unless you're desperate. The others have added vitamins and minerals.
Fourth, dry cereal is better than no cereal. I just nibble ANY kind, even the junky kind, sometimes just out of a baggie. Or buy those little mini-boxes ... the cost is worth it if it means you're eating in the morning.
Fifth, I LOVE nutrition bars. Again, I can tell you about some that actually taste GOOD, not like crap. I feel so victorious when I've managed to eat the whole thing! There are days when I don't think I can eat another bite ... but you know what? I only get one chance to take care of this body. I'll live through the temporary too-full feeling and be better off in the long run for it.
Again, start out small, but be consistent. I hate to admit this, but I do a happy dance sometimes when I've managed to get myself to eat. I understand how hard it is. There are days when I just want absolutley NOTHING ... on those days I at least have a cookie! I don't want my belly to get the idea that it can get away with not eating anything! ;)
I hope this helps! Happy eating!

I have theories about this. Like you, I cannot eat heavily in the mornings.

Your system is just waking up, after being dormant for a few hours (sleep). So you aren't going to feel much like eating, at least at first.

You could try drinking a cup of coffee or maybe a glass of orange juice or something similar when you wake up, then an hour or so later, go back and get an actual breakfast. But nothing too heavy, if you don't feel you can handle it.

Good luck!

Oooh a skinny cow ice cream bar and a few pretzel sticks- you really strayed away from your diet! What you ate is absolutely fine. I'm not surprised that you binged a bit because you really should be consuming more than 1.000 calories in a day. Your body is still growing and needs nutrients in order to do so. So, don't starve yourself. Plus I'm sure your exerczing earlier cancelled out quite a bit of calories so it's going to have a snack at night anyways. I do have to say your weight is absolutely healthy. You actually sound like you might be on the skinny side and you sound somewhat obsessive. Please take care of yourself and just eat healthy and exercize but don't go crazy.

Personally, I don't think you have a problem. I'm never hungry in the morning as well. I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if I eat in the morning I feel too full throughout the day. I'm different, I would rather feel hungry than full. So therefore, I don't think you have a problem at all. Just make sure you eat a little something throughout the day. :)

You are not the only one! I have the same problem, and I'm only 12. I suggest the Nestle Carnation Instant breakfasts. They tatste good and are healthy. And plus you aren't eating, you are drinking.

I think you should see a doctor. Have you tried eating a piece of toast, or a bowl of oats. Stay away from fruit, eggs, and milk.
