I used only 2 eggs
cheese: kraft Mexican style, 4 cheese, only 100 calories
PB = Jif, 3 grams of fat

Well you have the right idea, but that sounds like too much fat in one meal. Try eliminating the bacon bits, using low fat cheese, and limit yourself to 1 tbsp of peanut butter. Also try to make sure your apple sauce has no sugar added, it tastes just as good in my opinion but saves you a lot of calories. =]

Not really.

First of all, how many eggs were used in creating the omlet?

Second of all, omit the bacon entirely and also what type of cheese did you use? Some cheese is actually not all that good for you.

Ok, peanut butter is fattening so omit the PB as well. Just eat a piece of toast by itself, don't even put butter on it.

Applesauce is good.

You might want to consider drinking 8 oz of OJ as well with that meal.

So eliminate the bacon, peanut-butter, and add 8 oz of OJ to that meal and it would be considered healthy to me.

yummy! as long as you only used a little bit of peanut butter and try natural unsweetened applesauce without the added sugar next time or a real apple...sounds like a well-balanced meal though! I agree with using low-fat cheese & egg whites but we can't all be healthy eaters all the time! It's actually better to eat about five times a day just in small portions. It keeps your metabolism going & you aren't as likely to be famished in between so you won't overeat when it comes time.

wow that is a lot of fat in one breakfast.

I would say a healthy breakfast would be:

1.one egg scrambled with some cheese (1/2 slice)
2. One piece of toast with PB
3. Fresh fruit (whole apple)
4. 8 oz of water

Sounds like a lot of calores. The omlet, applesauce, and water sounds good but peanut butter has a lot of calories.

Sounds good to me. The ppl who said it sounds like a lot of fat are wrong. You need some fat in your diet and the best time to eat it is at breakfast, because you have all day to use it.

That's healthy, but I think the PB toast wasn't necessary.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

it would be better if the cheese is low or non-fat..
and take away the bacon bits. how many eggs?
not bad, also

try using just the egg whites...or egg substitute to avoid the fat content in the yolk.
