I was just wondering if there are sororities out there that take membership post college or with no college at all.

I don't know about joining a sorority without being in College. I know you must be in one if you are attending college. I haven't known anybody in a sorority that didn't go to college or not even near going to college.

You can join a sorority if you're in graduate school as well (most sororities don't even realize they have this option, but they do if they're a national organization. I know because I'm an advisor to a national sorority). You do have to be IN school though, you can't just be a high school graduate and join, sorry, doesn't work that way.

Kelsey says no. (in a few more words)
"The point is fellowship in college"

Still, you could try contacting individual sororities. If nothing else, they may want someone to laugh at, or a bad example, or someone to encourage the girls to stick through college.
