I know one would be to only drink water - no juice (maybe orange) or soda.

Are there any other things to aviod or to change in our diets to make us lose weight???

Just so you know i am looking to lose 5-7 lbs off of my belly and hips. and i want a more toned stomach.

if we are just talking diet changes the simplest thing to do would be to stop eating 2 hours before you go to bed, because if you don't give yourself that time your body will just store the calories from the meal and thus convert them to fat. another thing u might wanna try is to eat whole grain rice instead of potato's and pasta and eat waza bread instead of regular processed bread. and of course cut down on the junk food :)

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

oh please! like u need to lose weight...pshh. but i guess ill give u a few tips that i should try too. except im not motivated enough.

-don't eat alot before bed [i should really do that]
-excersize! running is VERY GOOD but i hate it [but u do dance so do summer "workout sessions"]
-conditioning as well [ill give u a whole list later if u want but here is a few]::
.....v-ups or situps [v-ups are harder and will work better] this will tone ur stomach to a 12 pack. ahah no maybe just a 6 pack =] do about 50 a day in 2 sets of 25 to start out...then work ur way up
.....hollow rocks will also tone ur stomach do 1 set of 25 to start
.....don't forget to do hollow rocks on the sides too because that will tone the sides of ur stomach..

-drink a lot of water [grrrr.]

and yeah thats about it..i need to put that into practice as well but...im talking about u..so...get to it! and have fun!

Cut the simple carbs and eat meals high in protein. Doing cardio at the correct intensity for at least 30 minutes 2-5 times a week with abdominal exercises should do it.

Exercise is the best option, aerobics is also a good bet, even though u reduce u diet habits but it will be of no use without proper fitness to tone your body, hence with proper diet maintained go for a timely exercise.

hmm well definitely eat fruits and veggies and no junk food like no chips or candy or fast food. but the only way you'll really lose any fat is if you do at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. id recommend you do like 30 minutes every other day or something like that. cardio includes running, swimming, jogging, and walking you know stuff like that.

You the two look slightly great, yet seeing as you're no longer doing extremely difficult paintings, that's high quality. Ponies are solid little issues, greater so than you're able to think of! do no longer project, except the ponies start to heavily conflict, or you prefer to start competing/leaping.

Try eliminating most carbs, from your diet. This with moderate exercise should help.
