I always love to name my pets after their personailty. I have a dog and two cats. My dog is a finnish spitz/chow mix named Zeus. He thinks he is the authority over everyone. When a cat gets into trouble he charges them and pins them to tell them to stop. He has to bark at everyone he doesn't know. If the neighbor is out he has to say hello and if he isn't allowed he throws a fit. If my hubby is on the phone he has to get the chance to say hello. He is quite the little God in the house. My cat is named Bandit, she is sneaky and likes to steal stuff. Oh and she was rescued from a police department. Second cat named Rambo and she is quite the challenger. She doesn't care what size you are she'll pounce on you and play back. She is quite the daring kitten. What is it that your dog do that makes him unique?
All time favs of dogs I have met so far:
Spitfire, Cugo, Buster, and Bubba (they called him Bubblegum-he liked to eat bubblegum!)

He's adorable! Great puppy!

but he'll grow up sooner than you think - so consider a "manly" name:

SeeWee (means "World's Greatest" either in Malay or Mandarin)

Buzz
Chip
Duke
Sando
Boss
Leo (as in Napoleon)
