Thanks so far folks, but, I believe that Jesus was with the Disciples for Forty days after the Resurrection until the Ascension. I believe they "tarried" in Jerusalem longer than that, but, I cannot find the exact amount. I see in Wikipedia it is Fifty days, but, I had heard fifty-five too. Anyway, thanks.

From Ascension to Pentecost is traditionally 9 or 10 days. From Resurection to Pentecost is 56 days.

I am going to say 7 days.

The ascension supposedly took place 40 days after the resurrection which took place 3 days after the crucifixion, immediately after passover, and the pentecost takes place 50 days after passover (Deuteronomy 16:8-10)

Bare in mind if the Word of God says 40, then it was forty 40.
God works in #'s. 40 Moses was in the desert 40 years, for Noah,it rained 40 days and nights,.... the # 7 is also an important #. Noah's ark had 2 of a kind, but, for the clean there were 7 of each. 6 days God created, the 7th He rested, etc.<><
