you can click on "print screen" in the keyboard, then open the "paint program" and paste it .... then mark around the picture you want, right click and choose "copy to..", choose the location you want and save it.....
If you want to transform it into JPEG or any other form, open the picture with "ACDSee", right click on it... choose "File", then choose "Save as.." ... after that you choose the form you want, name it then save it.
I hope I helped you! :)

You have been given a couple of ways in the other posts but I find that if you have an image that for whatever reason is stuborn, Go to the upper left corner of the image and click you mouse and move it slowly to the right and bottom of the image thus highlighting it and you can try one of 2 things go up to edit and click copy and paste it to your desktop or you can try to right click as save as or copy to a folder. One of these always will work.

disable javascript

ie7: in the tools section

in firefox, use an add on, that way you can just right click.

Or use something like firebug (firefox add-on) to read the source code and open just the picture from the server and save that

Use a 3rd party screen capture tool, snagit is pretty good for that.

But its usually protected for a reason, as long as you are cool with possible copyright infringement, this tool should sort you right out.
