My tonsils have been hurtin about 1 week now, i cant go to the docters because i am going on holiday in 2 days time (aint got the time). yesterday my left tonsil dont hurt now and it still dont ... it's only my right one. i dont want to feel like s*** on holiday. Should i leave it? also can weed affect it because it hurts worst when i smoke it.

Kinda a no brainer here...you are in pain, don't want to ruin your holiday but don't have time to get it taken care of before you go,,,,,hummmmm. Might have to stop in at a clinic on your vacation.

Well your tonsils can be enflamed. If you look in your mouth and you can see your tonsils taking up a lot of space in the back of your mouth, you may need your tonsils removed. Um... I don't think it's strep because that is your throat.ALthough I would look for redness on your tonsils. If you see those things you should see a doctor. The ER could check you out in a flash. Is your throat red? Do you have white spots all over your tonsils? If so, then you have some infection, like Strep or Staph.
If they are just sore, it might be due to smoking. I mean, you're inhaling burning smoke into your throat, so of course that will aggravate the soreness.
So, go on vacation and quit whining, and see the doc when you get back.
Or skip vacay and just go to the doc if it bothers you that bad.

Do salt water gargling. Take some warm water, add one teaspoon full of salt, mix well. Then use this for gargling. Carry out this at least six times for two days. The pain will go.
