I love Italian food!!! Mexican is great also but my favorite out of the two is definitely Italian!!

Mexican food has an edge in taste over Italian in similar recipe, if you favor hot peppers as I do. When it comes to the tomato, the Italians have it over the rest, as the Chinese have it with the onion. Marinara sauce is good, real good!

Tough question! I love them both. You asked which is better, did you mean better tasting or better for you? I personally like Mexican, tamales, enchiladas, rice & beans, all very good for you and tasty. Italian too is a great runner up with lasagna, bolognese. I don't know, I think I like them both equally but I've decided to have Mexican for dinner.

Wow - difficult one. What with pizza, lasagne, spag bol etc for italian. But, Encheladas & fajitas for Mexican! I think Mexican though - especially the mexican beer - does it for me!
