That is like saying he is a son of a US citizen. He can try to apply for a B1/B2 (tourist visa) just like everyone else. No special privileges. He can also be petitioned under the family preferences like F3. (married sons and daughters of US citizens, but this is a long wait. If the petitioner passes away before the visa is issued, then the petition dies with them.) Sorry, you will not hear what you were expecting.**
