I would, if you don't mind getting separated from your classmates. I wish I would have left HS early to go to college. I only see a few people from HS anymore. People move on, so I would move on if I were you. Tough decision, but you probably already know the answer in your heart.

Still without knowing the opportunity that has been bestowed upon yourself it is hard to give any real determination. But judging from your sentence writing and your capitol lettering and also the feelings of jumping out of one school system into another only for the academic proportions of it. Leaving all your friends and possible experiences for that level behind, only to join an older crowd with more knowledge than yourself still (maybe), enduring whatever ridicule or not from them as being that special chosen one. You will find other opportunities that arise out of the new school which may lead you into even a larger field of disfuntionality. I say keep in team with your own generation and leave the generation that is 2 years in front of you to have fun initiating some other squirt. At least for the school years. Of course I could be wrong about this- you may have been trying all along to advance yourself into the structure of life and have no ambition to a social life but more so to that of an academical career.. So the choice is still yours for the making. If your smart enough to advance 2 years of schooling without experiencing it,then your smart enough to make this decision too. I could go on and on about this area- but still with no direct answer. I myself grew up wanting to get out of school ASAP.......... and so I did

I'm going to be the spoiler! I say no! I skipped one year of high school. When I was out and working at 20 when all my friends were still enjoying the fellowship of other 20 year olds in school, I felt left out. Enjoy life. Use the time others spend studying and experiment with other interests you may have. Investigate different hobbies ~ photography, travel, etc. You're only young once. Enjoy it!

Think of all the classes you will miss out on. Some teenagers just don't get it. High school is free education. You never get free education for the rest of your life!

Go for it, what have you got to lose? Your obviously smart enough else they wouldn't have offered it you =P You'll still see your other mates and if you do find it too difficult just tell them.

Good luck :)

i would not do it for the simple fact that you will not be with your friends and you will be looked down apon by the other 10th graders... but that is just my opinion
