There are many ways to be energetic every morning some of them are:-

The basic thing,
*Early to bed and early to rise(you should minus late night parties and late night wake up i know it is easy to say than practice)

A daily practice,
*Meditation and regular yoga practice (If you want good health for free)

The simple things,
*Light exposure plays a key role in telling the body when to go to sleep and when to wake up.(you can also go for a walk)
One way of increasing morning light is to open your drapes or blinds just before going to bed so that the morning light fills your room

The way to cut caffeine and get energy,
*Drink Green tea
Green tea is a great alternative, because it contains less caffeine—about 8 to 30 mg per cup compared to 100 to 350 mg per cup of coffee.

For something more,
Certain plant oils have aromas are believed to help boost energy. These oils, called essential oils, are used in aromatherapy
You can simply put a couple drops in a handkerchief or tissue and inhale the aroma, use a diffuser in the bedroom, or add a drop or two in the shower to allow the steam to vaporize the essential oils.

early to bed. wake up early mrning. after brushing the teeth.
u please have 500 ml pure water. after wards 30 minutes
u take three teas spoon of honey with lime u will be always
fresh. have heavy breakfast. and have 60% breakfast food
in the lunch and 50% of lunch you should have it in the dinner.
if u practice u will be energetic always in the next morning.

Sleep early, eat light in the evening, have a tea and juice and a piece of toast for breakfast. Also make sure you exercise every day.

good diet, exercise, nothing before bed, no tv or distractions while sleeping, vitamins [only on physicians advice or you may take what you do not need and actually cause a problem]
water more than carbonated drinks and caffienne, as a daily thirst quencher.
Orange juice is good source of vitamin c to help fight infections
take blue geen algae
[not as bad as it sounds]
After complete hyserectomy walking worked for me
[only 42]

I sure wish I knew. I wake up as tired as when I went to bed. Exercise doesn't help. Wish there was some miracle energy pill.

Have a glass of milk, wash your eyes, and read a book or watch T.V. it works for me! You can also sleep early at night, so u have a lot of sleep.

8 hours of sleep and a cup of coffee works for me.
